Peter Murphy

Peter is the Co-Founder and Director of C3Talent and contributes a solid 25 years of executive recruitment expertise. Together with Kelly Howard, he established C3Talent after previously spending 18 years as an owner and director at one of Australia’s premier boutique agencies. His extensive and unmatched network is particularly influential in the Queensland market. Peter’s career includes significant roles at three of the “big four” international accounting firms and participation on various boards across non-profit, sports, and member-based organisations.

His career is marked by a significant number of executive placements that have connected him with thousands of exceptional Talent. Peter’s professional experience spans notable firms such as Arthur Andersen, Coopers & Lybrand, and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, focusing on accounting, human resources, and talent development. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and was honored as the CAANZ Queensland State Chairman in 2005.
