Peter, a Director and Co-Founder of C3Talent, brings 30 years of executive recruitment experience to his clients. He co-founded C3Talent with Kelly Howard after 18 years as an owner and director with one of Australia’s largest boutique agencies. Throughout his career, Peter has developed an extensive and unsurpassed network across the Queensland market. He has worked with three of the “big four” international accounting firms and served on numerous boards of not-for-profit, sporting, and member-based organizations.

Peter’s experience is complemented by the significant number of executive assignments he has completed for clients, engaging with thousands of executive candidates. He worked for Arthur Andersen, Coopers & Lybrand, and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, in accounting, human resources, and talent identification and development roles. Peter is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants ANZ and served on numerous committees for the Queensland branch, culminating in his appointment as CAANZ Queensland State Chairman in 2005.

Peter is widely recognized as one of the nation’s leading senior executive recruiters. He was Australian Recruiter of the Year as judged by his industry peers and also Queensland Recruitment Consultant of the Year. Throughout his 30-year career in the talent profession, Peter has acted for a variety of leading Queensland and national commercial companies, member-based associations, government departments, and owned corporations, such as Mercy Communities, QUT, DNR Capital, Southern Cross Care, Mater Group, Five Good Friends, Workcover QLD, Brisbane Club, Uniquest, Stuartholme College, Sugar Research Australia, Brisbane Catholic Education, St Vincent’s Health Services, QLD Cricketers Club, North QLD Cowboys and Mercy Partners.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Peter is a dedicated father of four, and in his free time, he enjoys following his favorite sports teams, playing a bad game of golf and immersing himself in a great book.
