Kelly Howard

Kelly is a Director and Co-Founder of C3Talent. Kelly has 28 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on Executive, Management, Senior Accounting and People & Culture recruitment in Brisbane. She has developed exceptional networks spanning three decades and is widely respected for her honesty, integrity and ability to connect people with similar interests and aspirations. She is also recognised for her expertise as a trusted advisor to both those looking to make change for the better and those organizations seeking exceptional Talent.

Before founding C3Talent, Kelly successfully ran her own boutique recruitment business for nine years and prior to that spent a decade with one of Queensland’s leading agencies in Executive recruitment and key account management roles, primarily working with Queensland’s top blue-chip companies. Born in Brisbane, Kelly holds a Bachelor of Education from QUT and has spent most of her life in Queensland. Her early career was in education, teaching locally at Ipswich Girls Grammar and living and teaching in the UK and USA. Kelly is actively involved in the community, passionately supports marginalised groups and advancing the status of women locally and internationally. She serves for various non-profit organizations addressing homelessness, domestic violence, and intellectual disabilities.

Kelly has recruited for a diverse range of organisations across all industry sectors ranging from Blue Chip corporates and SME’s through to Not For Profit organisations and Government Owned Corporations. Kelly really enjoys working with a range of industries including agribusiness, education, mining, retail and health care, in fact 40% of her placements are within the Human Services and Not For Profit sector. In her personal life, Kelly is passionate about her three fur babies, enjoys spending time with family and travelling.
