Originally from Scotland, Melissa spent the past seven years living and working in New Zealand before making the move to Brisbane to join C3Talent as a Talent Advisor.

Melissa began her recruitment career as a Candidate Manager, specialising in accounting and finance roles across the Wellington and Auckland market. During this time, she developed strong relationships with finance professionals while gaining an in-depth understanding of the skills, experience and career aspirations that drive successful placements. She worked across a broad range of roles, from transactional finance through to qualified accounting positions, supporting both candidates and consultants throughout the process.

Now, as a Talent Advisor at C3Talent, Melissa has taken the next step in her recruitment career by partnering with both candidates and clients. Specialising in transactional finance recruitment, she works closely with businesses to understand their hiring needs while helping professionals across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll find opportunities where they can thrive.
