She first worked as a business graduate in the sea division of a supply chain and logistics business, where she developed practical commercial experience and a strong appreciation for how organisations operate. Her mix of business acumen, people insight and relationship focus naturally led her into recruitment.
Before joining C3Talent, Emma worked as a consultant with a leading global recruitment firm, specialising in accounting and finance appointments. In that role, she managed the full recruitment lifecycle across temporary and permanent opportunities, partnering closely with clients to understand their unique needs and helping them attract, secure and retain high-quality talent. Her experience across a broad range of organisations has strengthened her ability to deliver tailored, thoughtful solutions in a fast-moving market.
