His career has focused on connecting high-calibre technical, managerial, executive and board-level talent with organisations seeking strong leadership and strategic capability.

Brendan is known for his ability to build meaningful relationships, understand business needs quickly and develop thoughtful talent strategies that create lasting impact. Over the past several years, he has played a key role in growing a global network of independent advisory board professionals, helping business leaders access strategic insight and expertise beyond their internal perspective.

Earlier in his career, Brendan held senior consulting and business development roles with leading global firms, where he built a strong track record in market growth, executive engagement and talent strategy. His breadth of experience across sectors, combined with his commercial mindset and people-first approach, allows him to partner effectively with both organisations and senior talent.

Brendan holds a degree in Human Resources from QUT and has completed certified professional development in board leadership. His interest in leadership, influence and decision-making continues to shape the way he works with clients and candidates alike.
