Peter Murphy is a Co-Founder and Director of C3Talent, whose 35 years of executive recruitment expertise has seen him create an extraordinary network across the Australian and Queensland markets. Before C3Talent, Peter for 18 years was an Owner and Director of one of Australia’s leading boutique recruitment firms. 

Widely regarded as one of Australia’s top senior executive recruiters, he has partnered with ASX-listed, privately owned, Not-for-Profit and Government departments and owned departments to deliver exceptional Talent into Executive and Management leadership roles, as well as board roles. His earlier career was in the Big Four accounting firms, and combined with experience serving on non-profit, sporting and member-based boards, gives him a strong commercial lens and deep understanding of leadership.  Peter is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, being a former CA ANZ Queensland State Chairman. He has been recognised as Australian Recruiter of the Year and Queensland Recruitment Consultant of the Year.
